Eggs are sized based on weight from Small to Jumbo as in the chart to the left.  We roughly follow this guide when filling your orders - the availability of any size is variable, and we'll always select the best eggs to meet your expectations.  If you have specific size requirements just let us know prior to ordering and we'll do our best to motivate our hens accordingly!
